Actually, I've just got shot of a Dyson hoover. It's truely a classic of British engineering - innovative, looks great, breaks down all the time. I did put an ad in the paper, but nobody wanted it. In the end, I just stood it outside on the pavement when I popped out to the shops, and it was gone by the time I got back.
