did the original email have all that disclaimer bobbins at the end of it ?

If so, did you poke out your own eyes and wipe the memory of any words you may have inadvertently seen which were obviously not addressed to you ?

but it was addressed to me. I dont think the disclaimer covers the situation when the note was recieved by the intended recipient, but not sent by the alleged sender.

But then again, it's all different in Scotland and if arrested I shall refuse to recognise the court and gorge myself on deep fried Mars bars
